The cost includes the two books in English (which will be sent to your home or given to you in person at session one), and the analysis of your data before sessions 2-4.

The cost does not include the thermometer and the delivery costs of the books from Germany to your home. The thermometer should be bought after the first session, in the pharmacy. Do not buy the thermometer in advance. If you already have a thermometer, bring it to the first session so we can double-check if it is suitable, but do not worry, even if you need to buy a new one, the cost is approximately €15 euros.
