The fourth and final phase of the menstrual cycle is dominated by progesterone – but only if ovulation has occurred. This is the Yin phase of the month, a real marvel. It is the most accomplished and wisest phase. It acts as a radar – and if some of us are sick it’s because progesterone wants to alert them to something that is polluting their efforts.
